Saving your environments ensures that you use exactly the same settings if you need to output repeat jobs at regular intervals. You can also use an environment to provide customers with exact workflow/printer information.

An environment saves your printer configuration, including all workflows and all media, in a single file. It contains all the information necessary to reproduce the same printer environment on a different Fiery server.
