Reduce the 100% ink limits per channel

In the advanced settings, you can reduce a high delta E, by reducing the 100% ink limits per channel.

The Advanced window displays the following:

  • The 100% ink limit per channel. The optimum range is depicted by the thicker black lines in the calibration diagrams.

  • The L*a*b* color values from the measured chart, and the L*a*b* color values extracted from the reference calibration file.

  • The calculated delta E, delta C and delta H of the 100% full tone.

  1. Set the 100% ink limit for each channel to the lower end of the optimum range.
  2. Click OK.
