You can create a new media, by creating a copy of an existing media, such as
the generic media. You can also edit and rename media.
- In Server Manager: On the sidebar, click Printers, and select a
printer. In the printer's tree view, select a media.
- Do one of the following:

To create a new media: Click the
Add (+) button next to Media. Then,
type a unique name, and click Save.

To edit an existing media: Click the media.

To copy a media to a different printer of the same
type: Right-click the media, click Copy to Printer, and
then click a printer.
Note: You can copy media to a different printer
model. However, make sure that you select a media configuration that is compatible.

To duplicate a media for use on the same printer:
Right-click the media, and then click Duplicate.

To rename a media: Right-click the media, and
click Rename. Then, type a unique name, and click
Save.
- Adjust the settings (optional).

Right-click the media, and click Set
as Default (optional).
The default media is pre-selected for all jobs
that you import.
