Add/substract light ink

In the advanced settings, you can increase the gamut and create a more uniform output by adding light ink to 100% solid colors. You can subtract light ink from 100% solid colors to resolve over-inking.

Your printer must support light inks.

If you are using a special print media which does not absorb ink well, such as newsprint, it can be beneficial to reduce the amount of light ink. However, it is normally not necessary to change the default values.

Select a radio button, and type a percentage value. It is recommended that you use the same percentage value for all light inks.
Click OK.
