Create a workflow for automatic job merge
You can configure a workflow to automatically superimpose multiple content jobs on one master job.
The following requirements must be met:
- You must load master and content jobs together.
- The job names must contain a keyword that is common to both master and content jobs.
The following table gives some examples of job names:

- In Server Manager: On the sidebar, click Printers, and select a printer. In the printer's tree view, select a workflow. On the File tab, expand the Job Merge panel. In the panel header bar, select the check box to activate the settings.
- Type the file names of your master (background) job and content jobs.
- Click Save.
In Job Center, the jobs are merged, and the master job is removed from the job list.
