Viewing job actions in the History pane

You can view actions from a job's history in the History pane of Job Center.

You can toggle between the Summary and History panes by clicking the tabs on the right side of Job Center.

The History pane displays a list of previous job actions, starting with the most recent action, up to a maximum of 100 actions.

Note: If you clear the Job Log on the Fiery server, all job history information will be deleted.

You can view the time and date a job was created, processed, printed, or canceled. The History pane also shows the time and date of any processing or printing errors for a job.

For the printed and print canceled actions, the History pane shows the following attributes:
  • Number of copies
  • Number of pages or sheets
  • Media size, type, weight, and assigned paper catalog entry
    Note: If the job uses Mixed Media, the description Mixed is displayed.
