Schedule a job

You can schedule both processed and spooled jobs for printing.
  1. To open the Schedule Jobs window, do one of the following:
    • In Job Center, right-click (Windows) or cmd-click (macOS) your job and select Actions > Schedule Print.
    • In Job Center, click Schedule on the toolbar and then click + Schedule in the Fiery Print Scheduler. Select a job in Held Jobs and click Add.
    • In the Fiery Print Scheduler application, click + Schedule. Select a job in Held Jobs and click Add.
    Note: You can also select multiple jobs in the Held list to create a schedule for each job. Up to 100 jobs can be scheduled at a time. Scheduling multiple jobs together will display as a single blocked time in the timeline.
  2. Select one of the following:
    • Next available slot - schedules your job for the earliest available time.
    • Schedule a time - allows you to specify a time to print the job.
  3. Click Add Jobs to add another job to the schedule.
  4. Click OK.
