Create a job group

You can create a job group with spooled and processed jobs in the Held list in Command WorkStation.
  1. Select a job or jobs and right-click to open the Actions menu.

    Select multiple jobs by using Shift-click or ctrl-click.

  2. Select Create Job Group.
  3. Type a name for your job group.
  4. Select one of the following types of groups:
    • Print Group
    • PDF Group
  5. (Optional) Do any of the following:
    • Click Add from Fiery to add more jobs from the current Fiery server to the job group. When the Held list opens, you can select more jobs and then click Add to add them to the current group.
    • Click Import to import additional jobs into the job group.
    • Select a job and click Remove to remove the job from the group.
    • Select a job and click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of jobs in the group.
  6. Click Save to add the job group to the Held list.
