Change the column display in Paper Catalog

The column headings in the Paper Catalog window change dynamically, according to whether you are using PPD-based media attributes or JDF media attributes.

Administrators can change the order of these columns in the display, or add/delete the columns to present information useful to your particular print environment. To adjust the width of a column, drag the column border to the left or right.

Note: Tray is always the first column heading and cannot be moved or deleted.

In the Paper Catalog window, right-click in the column heading bar.
Do one of the following:
- Click Add to choose an item from the menu to add to the columns.
- Click Delete to remove a column.
- Click Move Left or Move Right to move a column in the desired direction.
