Manage printer groups

After you have a printer group set up, you can manage the group by adding or deleting printers from the group, or view information about the printer group.

  1. In the Fiery Central Manager window, select the Printer Groups tab to display printer groups.
  2. Select an existing printer group, and do any of the following:
    • Click Edit to update the group, or View to see the summary information for the group.

    • Click Delete to remove the selected printer group.

    • Click Add to add a new group.

    • Select Make Printer Group drivers available through WebTools if you would like users to be able to download Fiery Central Manager printer drivers through an Internet browser.

      Note: If you are using a Windows or Mac OS client, this option should be selected so users can download the printer driver files and associated printer files from the Web.
    • Select the printer queues you want to publish (selected by default).

  3. Click OK to save changes and create the printer group.
