Delete users or groups (FS100/100Pro)
You can delete a user from the Fiery Server completely. Any jobs that the user has already sent to the Fiery Server are still processed, and the Job Log retains the name of the user with relevant job information.
Important: If you are connected to a
Fiery Server with FS100/100 Pro or
earlier, use this procedure. If you are not sure about which version of
Configure you are using, see Which version of Configure am I using?. An alternative procedure about what to
do with FS150/150Pro is available.
Deleting a group does not delete the users in the group from the system.
Note: You cannot delete the default
users named "admin," "operator," or "guest," and you cannot delete
the Administrators, Operators, or Guests group.
- From Configure, select Users and Groups.
- Do one of the following:
To delete a user, click Contact List and select the user.
To delete a group, select the group.
- Click Delete, and then click OK when prompted.
