Specify contact information

You can specify the contact information for people who provide support for the Fiery Server and print device.

Important: There are two versions of Configure and they are specific to the Fiery Server you are connected to. This is a combined procedure that describes what to do when connected to a Fiery Server with FS100/100Pro or earlier, and notes about what to do with FS150/150 Pro or later. If you are not sure which version of Configure you are using, see Which version of Configure am I using?.

From Configure, choose Server > Support.
Note: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS150/150Pro or later, choose Fiery Server and then choose either Fiery Support Contact Information or Printer Support Contact Information.
Type contact information into the available fields.
Apply or save your changes.
