The Weight attribute indicates the weight of the media used, measured in grams per square meter (gsm) or pounds (lbs).
The basis weights of most North American stock types are measured in pounds (lbs). To convert to gsm, multiply the basis weight by the appropriate conversion factor for the listed stock type in the following table:
