Set the Fiery Server name

You can specify the name of the Fiery Server and configure other general settings.

Important: There are two versions of Configure and they are specific to the Fiery Server you are connected to. This is a combined procedure that describes what to do when connected to a Fiery Server with FS100/100Pro or earlier, and notes about what to do with FS150/150 Pro or later. If you are not sure which version of Configure you are using, see Which version of Configure am I using?.
  1. From Configure, choose Server > General.
    Note: If you are connected to a Fiery Server with FS150/150Pro, choose Fiery Server > Server Name instead.
  2. Type a name for the Fiery Server as you want it to appear on the network.
    Note: If you have more than one Fiery Server, do not assign them the same name.
