Print a proof

You can use Proof Print by right-clicking on a job in the Held or Printed queue, or you can access the command from the Actions menu or from job actions within the Job Properties window and Fiery Hot Folders.

Do one of the following:

  • Right-click a job in the Held or Printed queue and select Proof Print.

  • Click Actions > Proof Print.

If you select Proof Print with a variable data printing job, the printed proof is one copy of the first record. If you select Proof Print with an imposed variable data printing job, the printed proof is a set associated with the first record (all sheets that contain the first record).
