An Administrator creates media catalog entries that describe different types of media available for use with the printer. Administrators can access setup options for Media Catalog to customize it for specific print shop scenarios.

1. Log in to the desired Fiery server.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Media Catalog icon in the Job Center toolbar. If the Media Catalog icon is not displayed, do the following:
     • In the Job Center toolbar, right-click the toolbar, and either click Standard Set or click Customize and add Media Catalog to the Selected Tools list.
       Note: In the Customize Toolbar window, you can also click Standard Set to add Media Catalog to the Selected Tools list.
     • If the Media Catalog icon is hidden from view in the Job Center toolbar, either enlarge the window or alternatively, click the More icon (three vertical dots), then click Media Catalog.
   • Click Media Catalog in the Server menu.
   • Right-click the Fiery server in the Servers list and select Media Catalog.
   • Right-click the Fiery server in the Servers list and select Device Center. In Device Center, click the Resources tab and select Media Catalog.

   In the Media Catalog window, you can create entries, edit entries, and manage the Media Catalog.
