Apply Fiery JobFlow workflow using a virtual printer

You can apply Fiery JobFlow workflow when creating a virtual printer.

You must install Fiery JobFlow v2.9 or later on the Fiery server if you want to apply Fiery JobFlow workflows from Command WorkStation.

  1. In Command WorkStation, open Device Center, and click Virtual Printer > > New. The New Virtual Printer window appears.
  2. Specify the required information, select the JobFlow check box, and click Select.

    The Fiery JobFlow Workflows window lists all the workflows created in Fiery JobFlow.

  3. Type the workflow name in the Search Workflows field to search for it or select the workflow name and click Select. The Fiery JobFlow workflow name is displayed in the New Virtual Printer window.
  4. Click Import to import a job.
  5. In the Import Files window, select Use Virtual Printers in the Settings area. A list of the newly created virtual printers is displayed.
  6. Select Hold or Process and Hold. The Fiery JobFlow workflow is applied to the job.
