Replace the Media Catalog

Administrators can import and replace the existing Media Catalog.

Before you replace your Media Catalog, we recommend that you first archive your existing catalog by exporting it.

  1. In the Media Catalog window, click Import in the toolbar and choose Replace Existing....
  2. Navigate to the replacement .xml file on your computer or network, and click Open.
  3. Click Yes in response to the alert message.
