You can delete a media catalog entry in the Media Catalog window.

1. In the Media Catalog window, select the media catalog entry that you want to delete from the list.

   Use shift-click to select multiple sequential entries, and ctrl-click to select multiple entries that are not sequential.

2. Delete the selected entry in one of the following ways:
   • Click Delete in the toolbar.
   • Right-click the selected entry and select Delete.
3. If the media catalog entry is associated with any of the following:
   • Job, smart media, preset, virtual printer, or a default server setting: A message notifies you that one or more jobs use the media catalog entry. Click OK in response to the message.
