Viewing job thumbnails

Thumbnail view displays previews of the first page of each processed job to help you visually identify the job.

If your Fiery server has Fiery system software FS300/300 Pro or later, spooled jobs also display previews for PostScript, PDF, TIFF, and EPS file formats. Other file formats display a generic thumbnail.

All other types of Fiery server display a thumbnail preview only for processed jobs.

Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the Job Center toolbar .
  • To sort the jobs, right-click anywhere in a blank area of the background (in other words, not on a job), and select the sort criteria and sort order (ascending or descending).
  • You can use common keyboard shortcuts for selecting multiple jobs and for copying and pasting.
  • To view additional job information, move your mouse over the thumbnail icon of the job.
