Visual inspection for spot colors using a specialty color

You can visually inspect a spot color that includes a specialty color.

There are two ways to view spot colors with a specialty color:

The specialty color option must be turned on in the Job Properties window of Command WorkStation.

You can print the job using the specified output profile and manually inspect the printed appearance of the user defined specialty color on the spot color.
You can print a swatch page using the specified output profile with the user defined specialty color and visually inspect the printed appearance of the swatch. For more information about printing a swatch page, see Print a swatch book of one or more spot colors.
