Edit a job group

You can edit job groups to add or remove jobs or change the order of jobs in the group.
  1. Depending on your job group type, select one of the following in the Held list:
    • Edit Print Group
    • Edit PDF Group
  2. Do any of the following:
    • Type a new name for your job group.
    • Click Add from Fiery to add more jobs from the current Fiery server to the job group. When the Held list opens, you can select more jobs and then click Add to add them to the current group.
    • Click Import to import additional jobs into the job group.
    • Select a job and click Remove to remove the job from the group.
    • Select a job and click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of jobs in the group.
    Note: The job group type cannot be changed.
  3. Click Save to add the job to the Held list.
