In Media Catalog, you can associate media with a tray by right-clicking or by dragging and dropping.

1. Open Device Center in one of the following ways:
   • Click the More icon (three vertical dots) next to the server name in the Servers pane.
   • Double-click the server name in the Servers pane.
   • Click Server > Device Center.
   • Right-click the server name and select Device Center.
2. Select Media Catalog under Resources.
3. Do one of the following:

   • Right-click the media, select Associate to, and select the tray.

     Note: Associate to is displayed only when a media catalog entry matches the printer tray properties.

   • Drag and drop the media to the desired tray displayed in the consumables area.

   Associate to will be displayed only if the media you select matches the specifications for the specific tray. Similarly, you can only drag and drop a media entry that matches the specifications. For instance, you cannot associate Letter size media to a tray intended for Tabloid, or Letter size media with a different weight or feed direction.
