From the Command WorkStation consumables area, you can create or remove an association between media and a tray.

1. In the main Fiery Command WorkStation window, click the plus sign next to the name of the Fiery server to display the consumables area.
2. Click the arrow to the right of a tray. Choose from the following options:
   • Assign: Select a media catalog entry that matches the printer tray properties.
     Note: All possible entries are listed for that tray. If the tray does not recognize any Media Catalog information, you must either create/modify a media catalog entry that matches the printer tray properties, or set the tray properties on the printer so that the desired media catalog entries show up. Some printers have many attributes, some have only size.
   • Add New Media: Create a media catalog entry. If the media catalog entry matches the printer tray properties, you can assign this new entry to the tray.
   Optionally, if media has been assigned to a tray previously, you can choose to:
   • Remove Association: Removes the media entry that was previously assigned to the tray.

   The tray association is also displayed in the Media Catalog window.
