Change the column display in Paper Catalog

The column headings in the Paper Catalog window change dynamically, according to whether you are using PPD based media attributes or JDF based media attributes.

Administrators can change the order of these columns in the display, or add/delete the columns to present information useful to your particular print environment. To adjust the width of a column, drag the column border to the left or right.

Note: Tray is always the first column heading and cannot be moved or deleted.
  1. In the Paper Catalog window, right-click in the column heading bar.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • Click Add to choose an item from the menu to add to the columns.

    • Click Delete to remove a column.

    • Click Move Left or Move Right to move a column in the desired direction.
