Merge two Substrate Catalogs
Administrators can import entries from another Substrate Catalog to create a merged Substrate Catalog.
If the imported catalog contains an entry that has identical attributes as an entry in the original Substrate Catalog, the new entry is not imported and the original entry remains intact in the merged Substrate Catalog.
- In the Substrate Catalog window, click Import on the toolbar and choose Merge with Existing.
- Navigate to the .xml file on your computer or network that you want to import, and click Open.
Your current Substrate Catalog is now merged with the one you just selected.
Note: When you merge two catalogs, all color profile
associations in the imported Substrate Catalog are discarded.
Repeat the process for additional catalogs that you want to merge into the existing one.
