You can create server presets from a step and repeat template and also
publish the preset as a virtual printer.
Presets can be created from an existing step and repeat template or by creating a new
template in Template Manager.

Click , and click Job Presets under
Workflows.

Click New.

Enter a descriptive name for the preset.
Spaces are not allowed in preset names.

(Optional) Enter a description for the preset.

Click Define to specify the job properties.

In the Job Properties window, open the
Layout tab.

Select a template from the Job Editor
Template menu.
You can also click Create Template, which
opens Template Manager. After creating and
saving a template in Template Manager, you
can then select that template from the Job Editor
Template menu in the Layout
tab.

Click OK to close the Job
Properties window, and then click OK to
save the preset.
Note: To create a virtual printer
from the preset, select the preset and click Publish as Virtual
Printer.
