Administrators can associate a substrate catalog entry with a color output
profile.
Any default or custom Fiery server output
profile appears listed by name as a possible substrate catalog attribute.

In the Substrate Catalog window, click
Settings in the toolbar.

Specify the substrate catalog setting as either PPD
based or JDF based.

Do one of the following:
- Click Add New.
- To edit an existing
catalog entry, select the entry and click the Edit button.

Click the Color
Settings tab.
Front color
profile - Default color profile applied only to the front
side of the media. Select from the list of output profiles in the list.
Depending on the job, you can choose either CMYK or CMYK combined with other
specified colors, if supported on the Fiery server. You can override this
attribute by specifying a different color profile in . This attribute appears in both the PPD and JDF settings.
Back color profile - Default
color profile applied only to the back of the media. Select from the list of
output profiles in the list. Depending on the job, you can choose either
CMYK or CMYK combined with other specified colors, if supported on the Fiery server. The Back color profile menu also includes the
Same as Front option. You can override this
attribute by specifying a different color profile in Job
Properties. This attribute appears in both the PPD and JDF
settings.

Click
OK.
The new or modified substrate catalog entry appears under
Name in the Substrate
Catalog window.
