The Fiery server Administrator can publish, unpublish, or delete a virtual printer.

1. In Device Center, click Virtual Printers under Workflows.
2. Select a virtual printer in the list and click one of the following on the toolbar:

   • Publish to publish the selected virtual printer on the network.

     The virtual printer is shared over the network when SMB printing is enabled in Server > Configure. In Configure, select Job Submission > Windows Printing.

   • Unpublish to remove the selected virtual printer from the network.

     The virtual printer no longer appears as a shared printer. It also no longer appears as a printer you can import jobs to in Command WorkStation.

   • Delete to delete the selected virtual printer.

     To select multiple virtual printers, use shift-click, ctrl-click (Windows), or cmd-click (macOS). To select all virtual printers, press ctrl+A (Windows) or cmd+A (macOS).
