Viewing jobs in the Job Summary pane

The Preview pane in Job Center displays specific information for a processed job. Thumbnails for all surfaces in that job are also displayed in the Preview pane. You can view a processed job in the Fiery ImageViewer window.
Note: A spooled, unprocessed job can be viewed in the Fiery Preview window.

Start Command WorkStation and select a processed job in the Held list to display it in the Preview pane. Information about the job is displayed. Some categories of information are editable.

The Job Summary pane is at the right side of the Command WorkStation window. If the job is processed, tools are provided for navigating through the document. The following illustration shows a processed job.

 
Note: Any field with the pencil icon can be edited.

3 Number of sheets in the job after it has been processed

5 Media information, such as size, media type, or media weight

Preflight information

An icon indicates the status.

You can view the errors and warnings in the job by clicking View Report.

7 Fiery JobExpert rules applied to the job

When the job is spooled, you can view the recommended job settings applied to the job by clicking View Report. You can also click Clear to remove the recommended job settings set by Fiery JobExpert.

8 Last action taken on the job, such as spooled, processed, or printed, along with a date and time stamp
9 Workflow shows the Virtual Printer, if used. Otherwise, displays Unassigned.
10 Number of spot colors used in the job
11 The current tags applied to the job
Note: The categories of information displayed depend on the capabilities of your Fiery server and the status of the selected job.
