Reset the Substrate Catalog to factory defaults

Administrators can revert the Substrate Catalog to its factory default.

Any added or edited catalog entries are lost when you reset the Substrate Catalog to factory defaults. To save your customized entries, first export your existing catalog before you reset it to factory defaults.

  1. In the Substrate Catalog window, click Reset to Factory on the toolbar.
    Note: If the Reset to Factory icon is hidden from view on the Substrate Catalog toolbar, either enlarge the Substrate Catalog window or alternatively, click the More icon (three vertical dots), then click Reset to Factory.
  2. Click Yes in response to the alert message.
