Align a job on the sheet in Job Editor
You can align a job to the sheet edge, or you can reposition a job by adding margins, by typing the x and y coordinates, or by dragging.
By default, the job is positioned in the top left corner of the sheet, while taking the printer margins into account.
- On the toolbar, select the Transform Job tool.
- Do one of the following:
-
On the toolbar, under Position, type x and y coordinates for the top left corner of the page.
By default, Job Editor displays the x and y coordinates of the printer’s nonprintable left and top margins. You can make Job Editor ignore the printer margins by typing x or y values of 0.
-
On the toolbar, under Align, click a horizontal and vertical alignment type.
-
On the toolbar, under Job Margins, type a top, bottom, left, or right margin width (step and repeat only).
You can apply identical margins to all four sides by clicking the Link all margins button and defining a top margin only.
