Contact Fiery regional support

The technical support contact details vary by region.

If you contact your reseller or distributor for help, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Software version name and release number
  • License information
  • Printer model
  • Operating system with version number
  • Details of additional hardware and software that is installed (for example, virus scanners)
Do one of the following:
  • In Job Editor, click Help > Fiery Technical Support.

  • On the Fiery website, type Fiery XF in the product search box.
