You can display the following commands by right-clicking on a job in a queue or by clicking the Actions menu.

Print

Prints a selected job.

Print and Cut

Outputs a selected job to a print-and-cut device or to a cutter.

Delete

Deletes a selected job.

Print Next

Sends a selected job to the top of the Printing queue without interrupting the job that is currently printing. Has the same result as dragging the job to the top of the Printing queue.

Process and Hold

Processes a selected job from the Held or Printed lists and places them in the Held queue.

Preview

Updates the preview after you have made job changes in Job Editor

Edit

Opens Job Editor to allow you to make job settings before printing.

New Nesting

Creates a nesting from one or more selected jobs.

Copy to Printer

Copies a job to the queue of another printer of the same model. The destination printer must be pre-configured in Command WorkStation, otherwise it is not displayed in the Copy to Printer list.

Move to Printer

Moves a job to the queue of another printer of the same model. The destination printer must be pre-configured in Command WorkStation, otherwise it is not displayed in the Move to Printer list.

Job Details

Opens the Job Details window, which displays ink details, media details and printing time of jobs. Only applicable if your printer supports bidirectional communication.

Cancel

Cancels the selected jobs. Only applicable to jobs that are still showing in the Processing, or Printing queues.
