After you measure a test page in Auto Verifier, you can
print the test results in label or report format, and you can view
the test results in Verifier.
The label contains a summary of the
test results in label format. You can post the label as a status
indicator.
The report contains the complete test results. You can file
the report to keep a log of printer performance.
You
can also view the results in Verifier if you want to use Verifier
features with the test data. For example, Verifier can save the
test data.
- Do one of the following in the test results window:
To print a label, click Print Label.
To create a report, click Create Report.
- Specify the information that you want to appear in the
label or report header.
- If you want to save the information that you entered,
click Save Properties and
save the file.
- If you want to include information from a previously
generated report, click Load Properties and
open the file.
Data from the file overwrites all fields.
- If you are printing a label, click OK and check the preview.
- Click OK,
specify the printer, and click Print.
- If you want to view the results in Verifier, click the
link to Verifier.
