Action |

An Internet connection was not available when Fiery Color Profiler Suite first started, so a license was not downloaded. |
If Fiery Color Profiler Suite started without an Internet connection, connect to the Internet, start Fiery Color Profiler Suite, and then click Download License. |
You downloaded the license, but it is not on the computer’s desktop. |
Move or copy the license to the computer’s desktop. |
You have not activated the license. |
If you already downloaded the license and the license file is on the desktop, click Activate License. |
You have activated the license but it is for a different spectrophotometer than the one that is connected. |
Connect the spectrophotometer associated with the license. |
The Fiery Color Profiler Suite version you are running does not recognize the license although you are sure it is the correct license for your spectrophotometer. |
Check that your license is valid for the version of Fiery Color Profiler Suite that is installed.
|
Fiery Color Profiler Suite does not activate with the connected spectrophotometer. |
Check the spectrophotomer serial number in the lower-left of the "Dongle not found" window. Enter this number at activation.efi.com/cps to download the license for the connected spectrophotomer. |
If you want to use Fiery Color Profiler Suite without a license or spectrophotometer, click Run in Demo Mode.
