You can export printer profiles for other users to use with the Manage Printers option.

1. Click Printer > Manage Printers, and then click Export to display the Export Printer Profile dialog box.
2. Browse to the target location, enter a file name for the printer profile, and then click Save.

   Printer profiles have the .ppv file extension. You can share the resulting .ppv file with another user by e-mailing it, putting it on a USB flash drive or putting it in a shared directory on the network.
