Fiery VUE does not convert Microsoft Office files if it is installed on a client computer that does not already have Microsoft Office Suite installed, or that has had Microsoft Office Suite installed after Fiery VUE is installed.

Also, when Microsoft Office Suite is installed, the installation must include the Microsoft Office Interoperability libraries, which is an option that must be selected during installation.
