Remove printers and printer profiles
You can remove printers and printer profiles that are not used from the list of printers, using the Manage Printers option.
Note: A printer profile can be removed only if it is not being used. The
Remove button is unavailable if the printer profile is in use.
- Click .
- Select a printer or printer profile from the list of printers, and then click Remove.
