View printer information
The Manage Printers dialog box provides a snapshot of the printer information for the selected printer.
General information about the printer is displayed as follows:
Printer's IP address or DNS name
Finishing capabilities, such as punch, staple, booklets, and mixed page size printing
Consumables (current paper tray and toner levels)
- Click .
- Select a printer from the list of printers.
- Click OK to close the Manage Printers dialog box.
