You can use layout assistance tools in the Properties pane to help you align content and layout your document.

You can show grid lines in the default unit to help you align content in your document. When displaying the grid, a measurement tool displays the position of selected content using X,Y coordinates relative to a 0,0 origin in the upper left corner of your document.

If your master PDF file has the PDF crop box, bleed box, or trim box defined, you can use the Show PDF page boxes button to display these boxes to assist with positioning content in your document.
