Add pages to a file merge design
- Open or create a file merge design.

To add a page:
- In the Combined pages per record pane, right-click on a page and select Add Page Before or Add Page After,
- In the Combined pages per record pane, select a page,
click
, and select Add Page Before or Add Page After,
- In the Summary pane, increase the number of Combined pages per record to add pages to the end of the file merged design.
- Select the new page.

Assign a master page and/or a variable page to the new page.
Note: To insert a blank page, leave the master page and variable page unassigned.
