Examine the results of combining variable and master documents in the file merge workflow before you save or print.

1. Create or open a file merge design.
2. Click Preview.
3. Use the control bar at the bottom of the Preview pane to navigate through the pages of the file merge design by record or by page. Press on the button and drag to move the control bar.
4. Examine the preview. Click to zoom in and to zoom out.
