You can save a single record as a soft proof PDF preview.

1. Create or open a design.
2. Click Preview.
3. Click a record to save as a PDF preview.
4. Do one of the following:

   • Click PDF Preview ().

   • Select File > Export.

5. Specify a location to save the PDF preview.
6. Specify a name for the PDF preview and click Save.

   FreeForm Create saves a PDF preview from the record you specified.
