Proxy setup configuration

You can configure your proxy settings to connect to Fiery IQ through a firewall with Fiery Cloud Connector.

The Fiery Cloud Connector and the Fiery server must be in the same proxy network.
  1. Start Fiery Cloud Connector from one of the following locations:

    • Windows: Start > Fiery > Fiery Cloud Connector.

    • Browser: Open a browser and go to https://IP address/shopmanager/#/, where "IP address" is the Fiery server IP address.
  2. Click Configure proxy settings.
  3. In the Proxy Settings window, turn on Use Proxy.

    If the Fiery server is already configured with a proxy, Fiery Cloud Connector automatically retrieves and applies the proxy settings. Proceed to step 6.

    If the Fiery server is not configured with a proxy, you must manually set up the proxy. Proceed to step 4.

  4. Type the proxy server information in the provided fields.
  5. For the Proxy Security Method select one of the following:
    • Auto - uses basic authentication.
    • Digest - uses secure authentication.
  6. Click Test.

    A configuration message appears if the proxy configuration is valid.

  7. Click Save.
  8. Restart Fiery Cloud Connector to apply the proxy settings.
