When working with multi-page master documents, you can automatically duplicate variable fields across all odd-numbered or even-numbered pages.

1. In the Design window, select one or more variable fields that you want to copy.
2. Right-click the selected field (or open the Edit menu) and choose one of the following:
   • Paste to odd pages: Pastes the variable field at the exact X and Y coordinates on pages 1, 3, 5, 7, etc.
   • Paste to even pages: Pastes the variable field at the exact X and Y coordinates on pages 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.
   Note: All field properties, font styling, and data source bindings are preserved on the target pages.
