Offset the layout

Using Layout Offset, you can specify the distance between the edge of the sheet and the layout trim box, on all four sides of the sheet. Layout Offset repositions the layout on the sheet, where the size of the layout area remains unchanged.
Note: The offset values specified in the Layout Offset dialog box are applied to all sheets in the job.
Note: Layout Offset in the Marks dialog box, under the Registration Mark and Barcode tab, cannot be used with conjunction with Layout Offset in the Settings pane. If you specify the offset values in the Settings pane, Fiery Impose Plus automatically disables Layout Offset in the Marks dialog box.
  1. In Fiery Impose Plus, in the Settings pane, click Define in the Layout Offset option.
  2. In the Layout Offset dialog box, specify the offset values.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • If the specified values are correct, click OK to apply the changes.
    • If the specified value are incorrect, click Reset to discard the changes.
    • If you do not want to offset the layout, click Cancel.
  4. If the offset values applied are wrong and you want to undo the applied offset, click Edit > Undo Layout Offset.
