JobFlow Pro Editor nodes

The nodes in JobFlow Pro Editor can be dragged into the workspace to create a workflow.

Some nodes you can choose to use in a workflow depend on your installed services.

The table describes the list of nodes available JobFlow Pro Editor.

jobflow location	location-dropzone	Continuously monitors a designated Drop Zone folder for new incoming files and processes them before moving on to the next node in the workflow.
jobflow location	location-hotfolder	Watches a specified hot folder for new files and automatically processes them.
jobflow common	flow-end	Terminates the workflow.
	jobflow-debug	Displays selected debug messages output to the msg.jobflow, msg.jobflow.properties.assistant, or the full msg objectdebug.
	helper-group	Collects incoming messages, groups them based on configured grouping properties, and sorts the messages based on a specified property in either ascending or descending order.
	archive-files	Copies processed files to a designated storage location.
	split-files	Optimizes data flow by splitting large files into smaller batches with configurable record counts, preserving headers, and order for parallel processing.
jobflow convert	convert-images	Converts image files to PDF format.
	convert-markdown	Converts markdown content to PDF format and allows you configure the paper size and paper orientation. Note: Google Chrome must be installed to use the convert-markdown node.
	convert-office	Converts Microsoft Office documents to PDF format. Note: The convert-office node supports LibreOffice v25.x or later.
jobflow explain	explain-content	Uses ChatGPT or Claude generative AI models to extract metadata from the PDF file and provides a comprehensive analysis of the PDF content.
jobflow explain	explain-report	Analyzes PDF validation results and uses generative AI models to explain PDF preflight report results in a user-friendly language.
jobflow fiery	fiery-info	Connects to a Fiery server and retrieves information about the server based on selected options. Note: The fiery-info node responses are not shown in the Job Summary page.
	fiery-job	Connects to a Fiery server and retrieves the job-related properties for a specific Fiery job based on the Fiery job ID provided.
	fiery-monitor	Connects to a Fiery server and monitors status updates and job events.
	fiery-submit	Submits a print job to a selected queue on a Fiery server, and a job ID is returned upon successful submission.
	fiery-update	Makes changes such as printing, holding, canceling, and duplicating a print job on a Fiery server.
	fiery-freeform create	Creates personalized Fiery FreeForm Create print files by combining data with templates. Note: The fiery-freeform create node is supported on Fiery FreeForm Create version 2.0.0.30 or later.
	fiery-delete	Removes the specified print jobs permanently from server queues, helping clean up test, canceled, temporary, intermediate, or other unnecessary jobs and free up disk space.
	fiery-jobs-list	Retrieves job lists from servers with key job attributes, enabling real-time queue monitoring, job status tracking, workload analysis, and automated workflow decisions.
jobflow pages	pages-combine	Combines multiple PDF files into a single PDF document.
	fiery-impose	Imposes predefined templates onto print jobs processed by the Fiery server. Note the following: A Fiery Impose license is required to use the fiery-impose node. The fiery-impose node is supported on Fiery Command WorkStation 7.1 or later.
	pages-split	Splits a PDF file based on the selected split mode and the number of pages specified. If the split mode is After every nth page, the PDF file will be split into sections, each containing the specified number of pages. If the split mode is After page range, the PDF file will be split into sections after the specified number of pages.
	toolbox-profile	Validates and processes PDF files based on selected quality profiles.
	toolbox-quickfix	Processes a PDF file based on a quickfix JSON configuration.
	pages-duplicate	Duplicates selected pages or entire PDF documents, enabling efficient creation of gang sheets, multi-part forms, and multiple document copies.
	pages-order	Reorders PDF pages using reverse, random, duplex-safe shuffle, or custom sequences to support print workflows, proofing, sampling, and page prioritization.
jobflow sense	sense-preset	Automatically applies the correct Fiery preset for each print job based on document requirements, reducing printing errors and removing the need for manual selection.
	sense-link	Automatically routes print jobs to the appropriate destination based on the document requirements, removing the need for manual sorting.
	sense-link-target	Creates a named destination for AI-routed print jobs based on their content and requirements.
jobflow cloud	cloud-viesus	Enhances images and PDF files using an AI-powered image enhancement service to improve print quality, including upscaling, artifact removal, and detail enhancement.
