SmartFolders

SmartFolders is the default location for submission of jobs. A root folder called SmartFolders is automatically set up during installation of Fiery JobFlow on the Fiery JobFlow server drive that has more free space. When the user creates a workflow, Fiery JobFlow automatically creates a subfolder for the workflow under the root folder. To submit jobs or an archive (a .zip file) with several jobs, you can use a drag-and-drop operation from the desktop of your computer to the browser.

On Fiery servers that are FS400 or later, when Fiery JobFlow version 2.9.2 or later is installed for the first time, SmartFolders are created in the J: drive. If you have Fiery JobFlow version 2.6.1 or earlier and you upgrade to Fiery JobFlow version 2.9.2, SmartFolders will continue to be created in the E: drive.
Note: On Fiery servers that are FS350 or earlier, SmartFolders are created in the E: drive.
