Import a job with JobExpert
You can import a job and apply JobExpert in Command WorkStation.

To import files into the Held list, do one of the
following:
- Click File > Import Job.
- Click the Import toolbar icon in Job Center.
- Navigate to the location of the file you want to add.

Click Open.
You can import multiple jobs by clicking the + (add) icon in the Import Files dialog box.

Select Apply default settings.
Note: If you apply a server preset or virtual printer when you import a job, the settings from the server preset or virtual printer will be applied first. If JobExpert is also selected, then some settings may be overridden by JobExpert, such as color and imaging settings.
- Select Apply JobExpert.

Choose from one of the following rules:
- All categories
- Color management
- Image quality
- VDP

Select a job action.
JobExpert will automatically apply the recommended settings to your job.
